Awake-Alive-Blessed

Most of you don't know about the stomach problems I'm battling.
The doctor visits, the tests, the massive amounts of blood work.
The fear of not knowing.
I sit here this morning typing this as I await another ultrasound.
Another step closer to figuring out what Is going on.
I sit here thinking about how truly blessed I am.

I am.
Awake.
Alive.
Blessed.


On a positive note:
My husband just got a new job.
A job that we prayed about for 3 months.
It will result in more time together.
A big stress relief in the financial department.
A job that he loves.

I'm so thankful that

    so sorry you are feeling ill. I battled that for like 3 months before i got answers. was diagnosed with crohns on meds and doing great!

    I love the title of your post. Awake. Alive. Blessed.

    A little 4 year old girl in my son's pre-k class passed away on Saturday after a sudden freak accident.... It has put so much in perspective, and has been a huge, incredible {and sad} reminder to be grateful for just being awake. alive. blessed, and also that both of my boys are the same, as is my hubby.

    Prayers to you in all of your testing.
