Happy Thursday Everyone!!
Today I'm showing you a craft I made for my bridal shower on Sunday.
I had alot of comments on my Facebook fan page asking how I made
this thrifty stand, so here is a quick tutorial.
DIY Dollar Store Cupcake Stand Tutorial
Supplies
*I got everything from the dollar store except for the 9001 glue
I bought that from Hobby Lobby.*
* 2 plates same size
*1 large plate *mine had a wide lip on it*
*2 glass candlesticks
*clear glue
Step 1.
Apply glue to the rim of smallest part of the candlestick
Step 2.
Apply the candlestick to the center of your largest plate
Step 3.
Apply glue to the rim of the larger part of the candlestick
Step 4.
Apply one of your smaller plates to the just glued rim
& add a sturdy book to help set the plate.
Step 5.
After you have let this set for 1hour, remove book
and repeat steps 1-4 to complete your second tier.
Step 6.
Your DONE!!
Here is the set up from the shower.
Everyone was amazed that I *made* that cupcake stand.
Its sooo easy everyone!

Well done! It adds that personal touch to your bridal shower. And it's so thrifty! I did my own flower wreath center piece for my church wedding using plastic flowers recycled from another wedding.
